Collecting enthusiasts have an appointment next weekend in San Javier with III Collectables Fair Mar Menor to be held on 11 and 12 October in the halls of the Civic Center San Javier.

The Fair, which was held for two years successfully in San Pedro del Pinatar has joined Collectibles Expo to be held in San Javier resulting in a unique event whose headquarters county level will rotate annually between San Javier, Los Alcazares , San Pedro del Pinatar, and the Alicante town of Pilar de la Horadada.

This was explained today in the city of San Javier Councillor for Culture, Inmaculada García, who presented the event along with José Andrés Lorente and Marcos David Garcia of the Association of Friends of Museums organized by the Fair alongside Fernando Sastre, with collaboration of the Department of Culture.

The fair, which will be open from 10:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 18:00, with free access, consists of two sections, one devoted to the exhibition of collections of individuals, Mark David Garcia described as "small treasuries", in which you can find everything from the usual chains, to a collection of insects, or original historic shirts and signed by players from Real Madrid, Marcos explained.

The other section of the Fair will be dedicated to the exchange and sale with mixed stands in which no shortage of antiques, stamp collecting, mineralogy, books, seashells, and called Souvenir, with a mix of unique and original objects, including many others.
