Ten experts ham cutters held an exhibition on Sunday December 7 before the public, in the square of Spain.
This is one of the appointments of new creation and success of the program of festivities that takes leave with a full holiday weekend activity.
The exhibition is organized by the Department of Commerce and the Association of cutters ham Murcia.
The public can admire and learn from 11: 00h.
the art of cutting a ham can taste after the tent Hostemar where for a drink at 1 euro a plate of freshly cut ham will be served free.
The exhibition will coincide with the start of the Fair Trade that first year is celebrated in the festivities, with San Javier Open Centre Association.
A total of 14 establishments will present their best products in the tents set up in the square of Spain which opened on 7 and 8 October at 18pm.

The rocks close the tent on Saturday to celebrate their day together outdoors next to the sports, games, inflatables and a tournament.
At night the activity returns to the tent with a concert tribute to the national pop and Meccano, starting at 22: 30h.
The parade of floats, the most massive act of the whole festival program will handle fired for this year on the evening of Monday December 8th from 16: 00h.
