Tapería Grandmother, with "Land, Sea and Sea Air", Hilario and Lady with "Harmony" and Bar Laredo with "Aires de Fiesta", in that order lead the ranking of the best tapas voted by the public, which has been filling their booklets and could only vote 10 of the 30 participants tapas without repeating score of 1 to 10.
The public has opted for three skewers, incorporating elaborate, different flavors and techniques in one bite.
The winning cover, served in Tapería Grandmother, consisted of a crispy ham with tomato foam mousse Champion toast, sandwich deconstruction of squid with black bread, and all on metallic mayonnaise.
Hilario and La Dama, serving the lid came second, consisting of grilled flat costillejas on pumpkin sauce with cumin, olive oil, aroma of mustard sauce, soy sauce with a touch of flavor syrup, prepared with caramelized onions and sprinkled with nuts, served with toast and cuts of roast potatoes with salsa.
The third is the top rated Bar Laredo, crunchy bread with secret Iberian pork, piquillo pepper, seared, and secret sauce accompanied by a slice of tangerine unprocessed.
The Councillor of Commerce, Pedro López and the Councillor of Celebration, Gloria Cuenca were responsible for disclosing the name of the winners and award the prizes at Sunday night in the tent city.
Along with the winners also included the neighboring restaurants that won the draw among participating primers vote.
