The self-esteem workshop, one of the classics of the offer of the Time Bank, still very successful last edition brought together 17 students who learned a little more about how to manage emotions with volunteer who taught, Ana Corral and Victoria Romero.

The self-esteem workshop is part of the quarterly offering portfolio workshops Time Bank, all free, with the sole condition of paying for care with time volunteering either in the time bank, or other social sectors .
