The Utilities Councilman Jose Miguel Luengo reported that the bridge returns to its normal opening hours and explained that the delay in the repair was due to Made in Germany, of the necessary parts for the bridge design used German technology in its construction.
Luengo added that he has taken the opportunity for sourcing the same piece parts and other critical parts whose failure could re-let the bridge out of service before a new event, for immediate repair without having to wait for their manufacture, since there are specific pieces of which there is no stock.
