The Councillor for Women and Equality Estíbaliz Masegosa and CEO of Persons with Disabilities of IMAS, John Brown closed today the Fourth Conference on alterantivas therapies that organized the Pro-disabled National Police Corps (FUNDAMIFP) in his residence Santiago de la Ribera, in a ceremony also attended by the Councillor for Social Services, Francisca Naranjo and the mayor of Public Services, José Miguel Luengo.
Masegosa Estíbaliz congratulated the address Fundamifp team for organizing the conference, which registraon a full house, as well as work being carried from the residence of Santiago de la Ribera "is already a reference center on disability in our town. "
The mayor of Youth, Women and Equality, stressed the importance of the chosen theme "because alternative therapies have proved to be an ideal complement to traditional medicine in improving the welfare of people".
In the same terms the CEO of Persons with Disabilities, John Brown was expressed in the same terms about the team and the residence with the IMAS maintains agreements with 30 spaces residents said.
The mayor of Public Services, José Miguel Luengo reiterated the municipal commitment to Fundamifp and disability in general "with events such as the agreement signed with Famdif technical advice to ensure that all our public works will be accessible to everyone."
The Conference that took place during the morning welcomed three presentations on new discoveries in medical science on Yoga and spirituality, which gave Andrés Torquemada, criminologist and professor of yoga;
the relationship of emotions with cardiac coherence with the doctor Querubina Meroño, and on subjectivity and healing given by the psychiatrist Felix Crespo.
