Antonio Murcia, elected councilman and spokesman for the party of Albert Rivera in the municipality of San Javier, registered this morning, about 12:26 hours, a letter requesting the opening of school canteens, during the summer, in order to combat malnutrition in those under school age whose families have low income or under the poverty line.
Thus, the training in San Javier orange picks up the gauntlet thrown by the Acting Minister of Education, Pedro Antonio Sánchez López, who apparently committed, just days ago, to keep open the school canteens in those municipalities whose councils so request, as published on the website of the newspaper La Verdad last day 18/06/2015.
Also in the document submitted this morning by the orange training, it has echoed the recommendation of the Ombudsman, Soledad Becerril Bustamante, sent to the ministries of the Presidency of all the Autonomous Communities and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla which calls for all public authorities, and all the administrations is done, commit to ensure proper feeding of children during the summer months.
To conclude, Antonio Murcia has brought up the news that, last April 13, 2015, published the newspaper La Verdad realizing the fact of the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC), and which stood, in particular to municipality of San Javier, among the ten most vulnerable people in Spain with Eagles, San Pedro del Pinatar, Torre Pacheco and Yecla.
Therefore, he asserted Antonio Murcia San Javier Citizens that "we consider that it is fair opening school lunchrooms in the municipality during the summer, as is happening, apparently, in other municipalities in the region" and is why "we ask the Mayor, representing all that is sanjaviereños, to formally request his party colleague, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, opening as many school canteens are needed to fight this unfair and serious social scourge".
