The City of San Javier has published a proclamation of Mayor in which the owners of all types of land plots that are obliged to keep in safety, health and public adornment recalled, as enshrined in the Law on Territorial and Urban Planning of the Region of Murcia and the Town Planning Regulations.
The Bando reminds owners to maintain the ban on any type of ground, waste, municipal solid waste or debris, weeds and other plant residues character and invading woody vegetation or public domain preventing normal use of the sidewalks or vials.
It also notes that solar or private lands are also subject to compliance with the rules on environmental protection and architectural and archaeological heritage and urban rehabilitation.
