San Javier leads the International Tourism Fair of Madrid its commitment to tourism and ecotourism experiences in the complementary offer sun and beach as well as continue growing symbiosis sport-tourism, culture, gastronomy, and festivals such as Carnival in Santiago de la Ribera and major international events like the Festival of Jazz and Theatre.
The mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo and the Councillor for Tourism, Antonio Martinez, accompanied by the director general of the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia, Manuel Fernandez-Delgado presented on Thursday 21 January at 17: 30h.
at the stand of Murcia tourism in the municipality of San Javier in a ceremony in which he also will unveil a revamped Web site (http://turismo.sanjavier.es), with new promotional material and the possibility to book both accommodation and activities and services during their stay.
The presence of San Javier will also notice with 1,000 pieces of pie to be shared doe in the stand of the Region of Murcia on Thursday morning and afternoon, coinciding with the presentation of local tourism.
