San Javier museum hosting the exhibition Painters in Solidarity with Paraguay until August 14 you can see and buy work of 40 artists from Murcia, including those found Martinez Mengual, Zachary Cherry, Saura Mira, Torrego Simitiel Segura Pina north and Solana Paco, among others.
The exhibition which also includes 4 painters Paraguay is part of a project developed by the Union of Cooperative Education in the Region of Murcia for the construction of three schools in indigenous communities Ayoreos, Camponuevo Sanapaná and in Paraguay, and has aimed at raising funds to the implementation of the centers, one of which is already under construction.
Guillermina Sanchez, chief of the Cooperative Union of the Region of Murcia, explained that caring painters collaborating with the project by donating 50 percent of sales of their works.
The proceeds of this exhibition will join two other exhibitions held in Paraguay, with the participation also of Murcia with other painters of that country.
