The temporary exhibition hall of the Municipal Museum of San Javier hosts until October 16 a sample of the work of Remedios Ruiz García, painter and professor at the municipality of painting workshop, which first sets up a thematic exhibition dedicated, in this case, the universe of flowers.
"The aroma of flowers" is the title that Remedios Ruiz, Seville based in Torre Pacheco, has given a sample in which over thirty works, all oil and in different forms, experimenting with all kinds flowers in still life, landscape, or in composition with human figures.
Remedios Ruiz began painting at age ten with a teacher in his hometown and since then has not abandoned his passion for painting led to a degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in Painting and Restoration at the University of Seville.
Since 2000 works as a professor in the paint shop of the Department of Culture of the City of San Javier, where he claims to enjoy his teaching.
"I started with few students and now are many and of all ages, from 3 years to 84 years with one of my students."
Figurative style, his passion in painting are opting to Van Gogh, especially with the use of color that makes the Dutch painter.
Remedios Ruiz combines teaching with his own painting that has already shown in several exhibitions.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Councilman José Angel Noguera Education with the assistance of a large audience, among which were many of his students at the local paint shop.
