The exhibition hall houses the municipal museum until November 12 an exhibition of the painter Josefa Sánchez Cuenca where he has assembled a set of paintings in the realistic style, and different themes, which are not lacking his still lifes and flowers.
His great ability to accurately reflect the embroidery and lace, includes in his compositions which gives a good light.
The exhibition can also see local human figures and landscapes such as Santiago de la Ribera which portrays the former Paseo Colon.
Accompanied by dozens of friends, and the Councillor for Education of the City of San Javier, José Angel Noguera, Josefa Sanchez pointed out at the opening of the exhibition, his love for drawing since childhood and his early start in the painting, a passion that it never left.
Josefa Sanchez says her self but stresses Manuel Gomez Balsalobre admired as a guide and counselor in the art of painting.
Josefa Sanchez explained earlier in San Javier, Santiago de la Ribera, at the "Art Plurart 94", Torre Pacheco, El Corte Inglés de Murcia, Cartagena Sea Week, and the Casa de Cultura de San Pedro del Pinatar .
The exhibition will be open until November 12, Tuesday to Saturday from 09.30 to 14.00.
and from 16.00 to 17.00.
Sundays from 10.30 to 14.00.
