The mayor of San Javier, Pepa Garcia and council member of Celebration, Jesus Montesinos inaugurated yesterday afternoon the medieval market has been located in downtown San Javier where he remained until Monday 8 December.
Dozens of posts craft products ranging from candles, soaps, fragrances, jewelry, amulets, wooden toys, and other curiosities fill the entire plaza of Spain and the back of the church and the plaza in front of the municipal museum, where have placed the food and drink stalls also offer the market visited each year by thousands of people.
The craft market that is installed on the occasion of the festivities, coinciding with the bridge in December, offers other attractions such as a store of falconry demonstrations, vintage theater, storytelling, traditional attractions for children, or forge where iron is molded over a high heat to the public.
