School students Joaquín Valverde de San Javier Carrión have celebrated this morning the 30 th anniversary of the Spanish Constitution in the air with the launch of a huge banner of 10 meters long by 4 wide.
The flag has been raised to the sky through the 14 big balloons in the colors of the flag from the center courtyard of the presence of all students who have participated in a memorial, which was attended by the Mayor of San Javier Pepa García.
The Mayor has recalled his time as a lecturer at the Centre has congratulated teachers and pupils, which has aimed to highlight "the importance of the Constitution because the text is 30 years guarantees the rights and freedoms to all citizens alike. "
The ceremony in which students have participated in all courses has begun with the reading of freedoms and rights enshrined in the Constitution that the students were hitting on a flag of Spain as a mural.
