The next Friday, March 27, ONCE a year celebrates its traditional Sports Gala, in its eighth edition, with which the Organization seeks to honor and reward those athletes with disabilities who have achieved championships in Spain metals , Europe and / or International last year 2008.
To the Sports Gala VIII, which will take place after 20.30 pm in the Tent City of San Javier, located in Almansa Park (next to the Auditorium of the town), attended by the mayor of San Javier, Josefa García Hernández , the Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, the president of CERMI Murcia, Joaquín Barberá and President of ONCE, Miguel Carballeda, among others.
The event also involved Esperanza Pérez Crespo, the first Spanish woman single crossed the Atlantic Ocean on a sailboat.
