From Thursday to Sunday from 10:00 to 21:00 hours, the stores offer quality products at low prices
The Ministry of Universities, Business and Research, in collaboration with the Municipality of San Javier and trade associations and La Ribera San Javier Centro Comercial Abierto, organized the first Fair Outlet in Santiago de la Ribera involving 50 establishments in the area .
This initiative will take place on the esplanade of Barnuevo from tomorrow until next Sunday, from 10:00 to 21:00, and was presented today by the Director General of Trade and Crafts, Julio José Lorenzo.
In this fair participating stores offer customers top quality products at reduced prices, and expected a large influx of people to match your celebration with the arrival of visitors to the Mar Menor and the Easter holidays.
The outlet fairs in different towns in the region is one of the measures contained in the Trade Promotion Plan 2008-2010.
Lorenzo said: "The purpose of these fairs is to revive sales of small businesses, at the same time reinvigorating urban centers to attract a large influx of visitors who not only consume the products offered in the outlet, but also in commercial establishments and hotel in the vicinity. "
The Plan to Promote Retail Distribution Sector of the Region of Murcia 2008-2010 collects 59 microeconomic measures to modernize and ensure greater productivity and competitiveness to the sector.
Since the submission of the Plan, the Region has organized trade fairs such great public acclaim and sales in Murcia, Lorca, Molina de Segura, Mula, Moratalla, Calasparra, Cehegín and Sewer.
Lorenzo was joined in the submission by the Mayor of San Javier, Pepa García, and the presidents of the associations 'The Commercial Bank', Ricardo Teruel, and 'San Javier Centre Open', Carlos Calvo.
