The second Master Plan for La Manga Consortium will invest more than 5 million euros in tourism infrastructure in four years (18/05/2009)

The director general of tourism infrastructure, Marina Garcia, together with the mayor of San Javier, Josefa García, today introduced the second 'Infrastructure Master Plan, Tourism and Access Equipment 2009-2012 "in La Manga Consortium.

The Master Plan includes two specific areas of action, Infrastructure and General Actions.

In The infrastructure will go almost 3 million euros to La Manga in the period 2009-2012, the objectives are to improve tourist access and the surrounding environment and landscape, bring the tourist infrastructure, tourist signs and improvement of equipment tourist.

Likewise, in the area of Cabo de Palos 667,155 euros will be invested to improve the accessibility tourist, environmental and scenic, tourist signs and improvement of tourist facilities.

In addition, 368,000 euros will be invested in Los Belones, 298,492 in Playa Honda, Minor Islands and 257,634 euros 275,382 to the area of Mar de Cristal to carry out various actions to improve environmental accessibility and scenic tourist, tourist facilities, and adapt tourism infrastructure.
