The municipal tax on buildings, plant and includes several new works towards the year 2010 as the 30 percent bonus for building in the town of public housing, and a discount of 25 percent for those buildings, facilities and works that use systems incorporating solar.

Councilman Hacienda, José Angel Noguera called the new tax introduced on Construction, Installations and Works, which maintains the tax rate at 3.5 percent as "very new, and aimed on the one hand to promote the revival of construction sector with economic incentives, and the other a type of sustainable construction and accessible. "
