A joint venture of San Javier Local Police and Guardia Civil yesterday afternoon ended with the arrest of a man, ESP, resident of San Javier on suspicion of various crimes against property through the use of force allegedly committed in San Javier for the last days.
The arrest occurred at 17:00 h.
when members of both bodies of Security visited in his home in San Javier, the guy who immediately fled across the rooftops of nearby homes, followed by the officers finally found him hiding in a loft.
The suspect, known to security officials because of his background, matched the description provided by some of the victims of theft in the Civil Guard barracks in Santiago de la Ribera where he was taken to put it justice.
